Shipping Policy    

Unfortunately due to national shipping service disruptions we cannot guarantee delivery dates for any packages.  

All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email confirmation once you have placed your order.

Shipping Rates:

We currently use the Canada Post 5-10 day Standard shipping fees to ship all of our giftware items. All greeting cards are shipped at a flat rate of $1 each, (excluding personalised options).

 

If you require a tracking number please indicate this in the notes upon checkout and we will email one to you as soon as possible.

In-store pickup:
After placing your order and selecting store pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared as soon a possible and ready at the time indicated upon placing your order. We will send you an email when your order is ready for pickup.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at callingcrow@rogers.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes
Please leave a note at check out if you require your order to be shipped to a P.O. box.  All orders shipping to a P.O. box will be shipped via Canada Post.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us at callingcrow@rogers.com as soon as possible.  All returns must be made within 30 days with proof of purchase.  Items for return are reviewed prior to us issuing all refunds so please include a photo of the item’s condition.
