WHAT TYPE OF DESIGN
DO YOU DO?
Calling Crow offers freelance graphic design services that specialise in logo and visual branding strategies, production design and marketing design.
WHAT DO YOU CHARGE FOR GRAPHIC DESIGN WORK?
A consultation is required to get you this answer. All projects are carefully evaluated and quoted based on the needs of the client. Our hourly rate is applied to the total number of hours accumulated to complete the project.

HOW LONG DOES A PROJECT TAKE TO COMPLETE?
Every project is different depending on what is needed and how many additional projects we have ahead of you. If you are on a deadline we will do our best to work with you to meet it.
Charges for a Rush Job will apply.
WHAT'S INCLUDED?
What is included in your order will depend on the details of your project. We provide a full breakdown of what is included in your order upon request when quoting your project.
DO YOU DO LOGO DESIGN?
We offer logo design services and full visual branding strategy services.
WHAT DO YOU PRINT AND IS THE COST FOR PRINTING INCLUDED?

We can include the cost to print your project in your design estimate pending you know the specifications and quantities of what is needed.
WHY DID I NOT RECEIVE SOURCE FILES IN MY LOGO PACKAGE?
Unless the client has purchased a brand transfer package with the logo design project, they will receive image files of their logo only. For more information on brand transfer packages or intellectual property, please contact us here.
DO YOU OFFER MARKETING STRATEGIES?
Calling Crow offers visual design solutions to include in your marketing strategy. We are not a marketing agency, but we will work closely with you or your marketing strategist or manager to develop what you need. We design and print visually pleasing marketing material to optimise the success of your business.
DO YOU DO WEB DESIGN?
The majority of the sites we build are done using WIX, a content management system, that allow our clients to easily update their website content, including text, images, menus and links. We are also able to work with a web developer of your choice on the visual content for your website.
DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT FOR GRAPHIC DESIGN WORK?
All Calling Crow design projects require a deposit of 50% of your quote to commence. The balance is required upon completion of your project. All printing jobs will require full payment prior to production.
WHY HAVE I NOT RECEIVED MY APPROVED ARTWORK FILES OR WHY HAS MY PROJECT NOT GONE INTO PRODUCTION?
Unless special arrangements have been made with the client, Calling Crow does not share final files or send files to production until final payment is received.

Calling Crow offers a variety of unique gifts, quality stationery, paper products and greeting cards for all occasions
DO YOU SELL ITEMS ON CONSIGNMENT?
We do not sell on consignment at the moment. If you offer wholesale pricing on your products and would like us to take a look, send us an email here.
Our giftware and stationery needs are very specific so please email us with photos if possible.

DO YOU SELL YOUR MERCHANDISE ONLINE?
You can purchase items for pickup or shipping via our gift site here.
DO YOU HAVE PARKING?
YES! There is a parking lot located on Hachborn Street beside our shop. Street parking is also available in the Village of St. Jacobs.
WHERE IS ST. JACOBS?
St. Jacobs is in the Region of Waterloo Ontario, Canada. It is one of Ontario's most cherished tourists towns filled with boutique shops and a variety of dining options. For more information visit the St. Jacobs Village website here.
DO YOU SELL PAPER?
YES! We sell a variety of paper products and can also place custom paper stock orders to meet your project needs.
DO YOU HAVE A PUBLIC WASHROOM?
Unfortunately our bathroom is not reserved for public use. There are multiple venues in the area that will allow you to use their washroom. For a map of these venues go here.
